How long will it take for my order to arrive? Standard shipping for orders in the United States is 3 - 5 business days. Orders are typically received within 7-10 business days after ordering. International orders are typically received 2-3 weeks after placing an order.
What shipping method do you use? Items are shipped within the United States via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Items are shipped internationally via USPS First Class International Mail.
What is your return policy?
REFUNDS: All sales are final.
EXCHANGES: If the item is defective or if you received the incorrect item, Impress Action will exchange them. For exchanges, the item must be returned within 30 days, unused and in the same condition it was received. Impress Action will also exchange sizes if the item doesn’t fit correctly. The buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to Impress Action.
